What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Edwards County Medical Center?
This position will assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wage: dependent on experience; $19-$21/hour
Minimal Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous HR experience a plus, but not required. Will train the right person.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organization is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Partake in new employee on-boarding orientation planning.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Update employee database information.
- Oversee office and administrative tasks.
- Create and maintain personnel files.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
