Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to handle essential Human Resources functions. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage employee records, recruitment support, and general office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations while providing clerical support to the Clerk’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and distribute employment documents, contracts, and benefits enrollment paperwork.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Organize and maintain training records, performance evaluations, and compliance documents.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Clerical & Office Support Duties:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office records and files.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating office activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Previous experience in HR, clerical, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
