Commercial Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in TopCon, AutoCAD, and GPS-based systems, with a proven track record in managing commercial construction projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Utilize TopCon GPS systems for site layout, grading, and construction accuracy
• Review and produce plans and documentation using AutoCAD
• Monitor field activity and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues in real-time
• Lead progress meetings and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in project management within commercial construction
• Proficiency in TopCon GPS, AutoCAD, and site layout tools
• Solid understanding of construction practices, codes, and regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred not required)
• PMP Certification (a plus, not required)

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
