Well respected Raleigh law firm seeking a certified NC paralegal with 3-5 years of experience, particularly in civil litigation. Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and complaints. Additionally, the candidate would be expected to provide trial support, assisting attorneys with case preparation and in-court proceedings. Other duties include coordinating and managing schedules for meetings, hearings, and depositions, as well as oversee office correspondence, filing, and general administrative tasks.
