What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Lead position at Edwards Lawn Service?
What You'll Do:
- Lead a crew of 2-3 team members in performing lawn maintenance services
- Manage daily job routes and ensure all services are completed on schedule
- Operate and maintain commercial-grade lawn care equipment
- Perform quality control checks and communicate directly with customers as needed
- Track equipment inventory and perform light equipment maintenance
- Train and mentor crew members to meet company standards
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of lawn care or landscaping experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
