Position: Lawn Care Technician (Crew Member) Pay: per hour (based on experience) Location: Springfield, MO Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift | 8-10 Hour ShiftsWhat You'll Do:
- Mow and maintain residential and commercial properties using commercial-grade equipment
- Perform spring and fall clean-ups, shrub trimming, bed maintenance, mulch installations, and leaf removals
- Operate zero-turn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Assist with seasonal services such as snow removal and Christmas light installations
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, teachable attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 1 year of lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred (but not required – we will train the right person!)
- Valid Driver’s License
