Our Global Supply Chain team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease and critical care needs. You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.
The main function of a Sr. Supply Chain, Planner is to production plan and ensure continued supply within a highly dynamic NPD environment. Assess needs and perform actions required to manage product flow across the supply chain continuum.
You will make an impact by :
- Production plan for projects within Irvine Pilot NPD project portfolio
- Actively participate and contribute execution of complex supply chain related projects (e.g, NPD, NPI)
- Execute processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) and may provide recommendations for updates for applicable Supply Chain functions
- Collaborate with departments (such as, clinical, sales, marketing, legal, etc.) within Edwards in order to assess needs and perform actions required, across the entire supply chain continuum (e.g, plan, source, make and deliver) seeking to manage product flow including issues with some complexity
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Perform routine and detailed analysis
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations
- Maintain processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions
- Provide training to other Supply Chain team members
- Other duties assigned by Leadership; Continuous training on related job functions

For California, the base pay range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000 (highly experienced).
