You will work under the direction of the Senior Administrative Assistant to support the activities and overall functioning of EDWC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling administrative duties, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records
- Scheduling meetings and events, including calendar management for internal team activities
- Supporting program and project requirements by organizing and maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and compiling data
- Maintaining and updating contact records in EDWC's CRM System
- Assisting with invoice processing, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative support within an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
