- Manage and coordinate calendars efficiently
- Organize travel arrangements for team members
- Plan and execute corporate events
- Prepare presentations for team meetings and client interactions
- Create documents as needed for internal and external communication
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite for administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
- Proficient in Calendar Management and scheduling
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications a plus
