The Big Task

Help us enhance financial performance and operational decision-making throughout the company.

Key Sub Tasks

  • Oversee all office operations to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.
  • Review invoices and communicate inconsistency or quality concerns with department managers
  • Maintain CRM Data Integrity and ensure batching is complete and correct.
  • Manage Dispatching operations to establish priorities, set objectives, and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
  • Develop deep understanding of industry trends as well as competitive pressures / opportunities.
  • Manage Memberships including updating credit card information and renewals.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.
  • Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values, specifically ethics and integrity.
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Extensive Service Titan knowledge
  • HVAC & Plumbing Dispatching experience
  • In-depth understanding of accounts receivable processes.
  • Strong communication skills; able to present information clearly.
  • Highly organized and process driven with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Thorough attention to detail with on time delivery.
  • Able to maintain confidence and serve as the trusted right-hand to the President.
  • Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
