Soldering Assembler
1st SHIFT, Monday through Friday.
NO NIGHTS NO WEEKENDS.

Hiring entry level to expert candidates. No experience necessary (but preferred).
Pay rate is negotiable, DEPENDING ON ELECTRONICS EXPERIENCE.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR TECHS WITH SOLDERING SKILLS,
or mechanically inclined to be trained.

Duties include:

• Electronic Assembly
• Soldering
• Build Printed Circuit Boards (PCB's)
• Re-work Boards
• Through-hole / Surface Mount Technology
• Wiring
• Affixing RTV, epoxy, conformal coating, etc.
• Minimal Computer skills
• Other job duties that are necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience (preferred but not required): One to three years assembling small electronic/ components/parts.
• Experience (preferred but not required): knowledge of electronic parts/wire/ manufacturing
• Must have superior organizational skills, be detail oriented
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: FULL-TIME (40 hours)
1st SHIFT Monday through Friday.
NO NIGHTS NO WEEKENDS.

WORKING HOURS:
6am - 2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm Periodic overtime may be requested.

Pay rate STARTING RANGE is from: $13.00 to $25.00 per hour.
NEGOTIABLE. WILL REFLECT AND DEPEND ON ELECTRONICS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICIATIONS, EDUCATION IN THIS FIELD, ETC.

There is a 90-day probational period.
After 90 days we will review and if mutually agreed that the candidate is a fit -
candidate will be hired on permanently.
