- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on basic electrical & plumbing equipment and systems within the apartment complex.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
