Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for an Office Manager for an HVAC Installation/Repair company in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.
Duties:
- Oversee daily office activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and mail
Maintain files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Dispatching to job sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software (e.g., ERP software).
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is a plus.
- Prior Dispatching experience required
