About the role:
EF Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled adjunct faculty member to teach a Photoshop course to multilingual learners. This summer position offers flexibility, with the opportunity to teach one or more units during June, July, and August. The course is structured into three units: four weeks in June, four weeks in July, and two weeks in August. Classes are held Monday through Thursday, with 1-2 courses per day, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. In addition to teaching, responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the lab. Candidates may teach one, two, or all three units based on availability. Campus housing and meals can be provided based upon availability.

Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and accessible Photoshop classes to multilingual learners.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse language backgrounds.
- Set up and maintain the computer lab and ensure all software and equipment are functioning properly.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align course content with program goals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with demonstrated experience in a teaching or training capacity.
- Experience working with multilingual learners or in a multicultural educational setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to set up and maintain computer lab equipment and software.
- Flexibility to teach in one or more units during the summer program.
- BA degree in a related field required MA preferred.
