What are the responsibilities and job description for the ESL Teacher position at EF Education First?
- Passionate about International Education.

- Have the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Teaching classes every weekday following the EF methodology.
- Lesson planning and preparation before each class.
- Classroom management.
- Facilitating testing during the course, including marking tests.
- Monitoring daily attendance and keeping up-to-date records and paperwork.
- Attending all teacher meetings.
- Monitoring student progress and personal goals to help them in their language improvement
- Ensuring the EF behavior code is always followed by students and informing management immediately if there are any issues or problems.
- Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- TEFL certificate or equivalent.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Experience in the field of education
- Attend training before your contract commences.
- Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
- Applicants must be age 21 or older, due to the nature of the role working with minors.
