What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at EF Education First?
Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven, and service-minded individual to grow new host family sales while supporting and developing a team of Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs). As a Sales Manager, you will own new sales in your region, identifying and executing strategies to expand our reach and bring more families into the program. At the same time, you will lead the region’s LCC team, providing coaching, training, and analytical insights to help them achieve their sales targets and thrive in their roles.

You thrive in a customer-facing role, enjoy trying new strategies, and are eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:
Own and drive new sales in your region, developing and executing strategic initiatives to grow the host family base.
Coach, train, and mentor LCCs, supporting their sales targets and helping them optimize their outreach within the community and online.
Create, implement, and execute a regional sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and adapts to changing goals.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your team.
Drive continuous process improvements to optimize efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
Partner with Program Education, Matching, and Regional Director teams to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and best practices.
Facilitate open communication, addressing challenges and developing solutions to support both sales and service objectives.
Analyze progress toward performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, marketing experience is a plus
Strong business acumen
Experience in coaching or development
Proven track record of owning and driving successful business initiatives
Experience in event planning or community engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
Strategic decision maker with a competitive spirit
Ability to work some evenings and weekends
Ability to travel once a month

- Compensation: Salary range $55,000- $70,000 based on experience plus bonus potential
