EF High School Exchange Year is seeking positive, energetic, and responsible individuals to work with international high school exchange and support program operations.
Each year, EF High School Exchange Year brings more than 2,000 exchange students to live with a volunteer host family and study for 10 months in the United States. We are passionate about building global families and providing an exceptional experience to students and host families.
The Flight Support Specialist for Student Operations is predominantly responsible for the successful arrival of students to the program. They work within our systems to ensure that students are assigned to the correct arrival date and work closely with our Compliance and Travel Operations teams to ensure students are ticketed correctly and in accordance with US government regulations. These same staff are responsible for assisting students with rebooking when flight issues arise, and for ensuring the successful communication about flight issues to the student’s Host Family and local coordinator.
This is a temporary role from May 13th - August 29th, 2025. This role is paid hourly and can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. This position will work a mix of regular (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) hours and shifted schedule hours (6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m./ 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m./ 11:00 a.m.- 7:30 p.m./ 1:00 p.m.- 9:30p.m.). Weekend work will be required, particularly on Saturdays from July 20th to August 24th. This role serves as part of an on-call rotation

- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Can stay focused through tasks in a busy office environment
- Enjoys problem solving, is solutions-oriented and remains calm in fluid situations
- Able to work in a professional manner with many stakeholders while putting the needs of the program first
- Is enthusiastic, patient, creative, flexible and has a great sense of humor
- Is an exceptional team-player and enjoys working with dynamic colleagues
