Job Overview: As a Sign Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing customized sign solutions to meet their needs. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and signage to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. Understand their needs and offer tailored sign solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into final products. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to understanding and meeting client needs, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Here’s the details:

· Competitive salary plus commission and bonus structure. First year on target earnings between $85,000 to $150,000.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
