- Follow up on leads from client requests, referrals, and internet inquiries.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for new projects, providing excellent customer service.
- Visit clients' homes to take measurements and photos for accurate project scoping.
- Interface with architect for project scope and proposal preparation
- Develop detailed, accurate proposals based on client needs and project specifications.
- Present proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their vision
- Conduct subcontractor meetings
- Close the deal
- Write Specifications and Construction Contract
- Track and influence project performance to completion
A minimum of five years of sales and estimating experience
- Exceptional estimating skills, with experience creating detailed project proposals.
- Confidence in leading client interactions, from the first conversation to the final proposal
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client requests.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
