This hybrid role of Fractional CHRO would be part of our team for an International Company in, the US, UK, Taiwan, and China. This role may start with a short project that could become a 28-hour-per-month assignment. The role will manage one HR person in Taiwan (60 employees) a Fractional HR person in the US, a Fractional International People Development Trainer/ coach for 5 VPs, and maybe 7 Directors.
Skills/Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as Chief Human Resources Officer required
- HR expertise in the laws, hiring, pay, development
- Leadership skills in managing teams and working with executives
- People skills communicating and building relationships
- Tech-savvy with HR systems and data analysis
- Ability to align HR strategy with overall business objectives
- Experience developing and executing long-term workforce planning
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
- Change management and transformation expertise
