What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Efficiency Garage Door Service?
We are currently looking for an experienced Dispatcher / Customer Service / Sales Person. The ideal candidates should have a background in fast paced environments including experience with multi-line phones, and computer proficiency including Word and Excel. Individuals must be able to work in a self-motivated manner.
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, and field supervisor
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing daily work such as schedules, answer all incoming calls to schedule work crew
- Walk-in customer service and over the counter sales
