Depending on experience and skill set, you can earn $40,000 - $100,000 per year!

THE HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician OR recent graduation from a vocational school
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan
- Skilled trade experience
- Ability to use advanced diagnostic tools and accurately read and interpret wiring diagrams
YOUR ROLE
Our HVAC Maintenance Technician works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime is available, and some on-call may be required.
You're a crucial part of our skilled trade team, maintaining and servicing various heating and cooling systems. Attentively, you inspect equipment such as furnaces, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. You troubleshoot any problems, perform the appropriate solutions, and complete routine system maintenance to meet each client's individual needs. Communication is key as you collaborate with your team, explain problems to the client, outline the recommended solutions, and gain approval for the work. You also attend weekly training to grow your skills and become an even more capable technician!
