Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage timesheet preparation, payroll reconciliation, and customer service support for payroll inquiries. The position requires processing payroll accurately, maintaining records, and providing assistance to employees with payroll and timekeeping systems. Strong communication, computer skills, and payroll knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Provide payroll reports and maintain proper documentation for auditing and compliance.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries, including payment accuracy, leave balances, and timekeeping issues.
- Support employees in using the timekeeping system and resolve related issues.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant tax and labor regulations.
- Perform additional payroll tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, timesheet preparation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in customer service, specifically handling payroll-related inquiries.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Advanced communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in payroll software and relevant computer systems.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
