Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our President & CEO and engage with business leaders, local officials, and key stakeholders. This part-time, salaried role (~30 hours/week) offers consistent hours, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for leadership exposure, project ownership, and skill-building in marketing, events, and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including business leaders, local officials, and key partners, to build relationships and drive results.
- Marketing and Communications: Assist with social media content, copywriting, and CRM data management to enhance the Chamber's online presence and engagement.
- Financial Management: Process invoices and reports using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at every level, particularly when handling sensitive information and documents.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need 3 years of executive admin experience (Chamber, nonprofit, or association preferred), strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, QuickBooks, and CRM systems, experience in social media, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement, and a high level of discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
