Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO and contribute to the Chamber's mission-driven culture. This part-time, salaried role (~30 hours/week) offers consistent hours, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for leadership exposure, project ownership, and skill-building in marketing, events, and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling, communications, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate materials and logistics for board meetings, retreats, and workshops
- Support event coordination, membership engagement, and marketing efforts
- Assist with social media content, copywriting, and CRM data management
- Process invoices and reports using QuickBooks
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at every level
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years of executive admin experience (Chamber, nonprofit, or association preferred), strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, QuickBooks, and CRM systems, experience in social media, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement, and a high level of discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
