We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team and provide essential support to our clients during the day. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Position Details:
- Hours: 18 hours/week (Day Shift)

Schedule:
- 3pm-9pm ( 3 days per week )
- Pay Rate: $15- $16/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care needs.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with administration as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Observe and report any changes in the clients' condition to the care coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or a similar role is preferred.
- A compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Own vehicle to transport the client
- Driver's License , Car Insurance
