We are seeking a talented and creative Cruise Designer to join our dynamic team! As a Cruise Designer at Effy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual presence of our brand across various marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who is passionate about creating compelling, high-quality assets that reflect Effy’s luxury brand, while collaborating with a dedicated and cross-functional team. You will have the chance to work on everything from seasonal campaigns to promotional events, all while maintaining brand consistency and driving our visual identity forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Effy Cruise marketing collateral, ensuring brand adherence and consistency across all touchpoints, from digital and print to in-store
- Adapt all campaign collateral to comply with each cruise line requirements, according to their guidelines and templates
- Collaborate closely with AD and Cruise team to elevate the Effy brand and implement brand standards
- Work with cross-functional teams on seasonal assets, expressing the Effy brand image across all customer channels and aligning with business objectives
- Assist in the development of compelling promotional campaigns as well as event collateral
- Produce high-quality graphics for print and digital
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- 3 years of experience as a designer, in-house or agency
- Background in print and digital design, specs and file formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Keen understanding of brand guidelines
- Attention to detail is very important
- Ability to drive own projects
- Team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
- Video editing and animation a plus, but not requirement
- Strong professional portfolio
