The Regional Director will set the technical direction for their respective region customer facing resources, Manufacture Representatives/ Distribution Sales and FAE, while cultivating lasting relationships with key clients. The Regional Director will provide technical/architectural expertise for key client engagements, assist key clients with development support for all Efinix products.


Essential Job Functions

Leadership & Team Building

·      Lead, mentor and develop customer facing resources, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and results.

·      Recruit, onboard and retain top tire representatives, aligning the company’s values and objectives.

·      Implement effective performance management plans, tracking programs providing regular feedback to customer facing resources and management team.

Technical Expertise & Customer Focus

·      Possess a background in FPGA development and design, staying updated on market trends and competitor offering.

·      Knowledge of Linux OS, embedded Linux development environment.

·      Familiarity with RISC V and ARM processing architecture

·      Familiarity with System Verilog, Verilog and VHDL

·      Serve as a trusted advisor to our key client engagements, customer facing resources and internal operations team.

Results & Accountability

·      Drive revenue growth through the effective deployment of customer facing resources, exceeding assigned quotas and targets.

·      Track and analyze key performance indicators that measure the impact of customer facing resources and identify opportunities for improvement.

·      Build strong relationships across the organization, fostering collaboration with marketing, operations and applications team.

Requirements

·      BSEE degree, 5 – 10 years of experience preferred.

·      Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic client engagements.

·      Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
