The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency. In this role, you will work closely with our creative, strategy, and account services teams to manage client relationships, oversee projects, and ensure smooth communication between the agency and clients.

What You'll Do :
- Assist in managing client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts.
- Support the execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives and translate these into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare client-ready materials, including presentations, project updates, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal experts in paid media, UI / UX, and digital strategy to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative and strategic solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, especially in digital marketing and user experience, and share relevant insights with clients and the internal team.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST, with flexibility to work after hours and / or weekends when needed (based on client deadlines).
Location : While EFK is currently remote, the ideal candidate would be New Jersey-based. Occasional in-person attendance for meetings may be required.
