Account manager
Synergetic is seeking to fill an Account Management position. Our account managers need to enjoy working with our customer from the beginning to the end. You will collaborate with them and our Project Management team to help produce the outcomes our customers are looking for. It is critical that you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail that is second to none.
Our account managers are responsible for :
- Ability to work from our office in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. (Just outside of Philadelphia)
- Helping to manage new prospects and contracted customers
- Making sure our customer has a consistent contact when they are working with Synergetic
- Communicating with our customer effectively about anything they may need
- Being great at calling people back
- Having great email skills that would make the other person smile when they are done reading it
- Takes great notes, never wants people repeating themselves and is always getting things done better than expected
- An appreciation for working in a team environment
- The patience that the event industry requires
- Thinks to themselves how every event could be a little better
Brief Description of Responsibilities
You need to have at least 3 years of audio visual experience to be considered for this position.
