Supply Chain Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous long term partnership
• Oversee all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet Responsibilities
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure lowest cost, highest quality, and timely deliveries
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effec-tive supply chain
• Establishes performance metrics to measure, comparison, or eval-uation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and sup-plies located in the company, at sites, and suppliers
• Manages importation, warehousing and delivery of finished prod-ucts from Switzerland and, any other Countries.
• Collaborates with Procurement to maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Ensures all labeling is updated and compliant with customer specs
• Analyzes current inventory and procedures; makes improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the com-pany
• Creates supply chain management strategies that increase effi-ciency and speed, while reducing costs
• Reports Production Orders Completed from Production Schedule
• Manages inventory in Taylor buildings T1 & T2, and off site ware-house to ensure material is available for production manufacturing
• Management of physical inventory counts
• Ensure export and import regulations are followed
• Manage the fleet of forklifts, the most efficient and cheapest way
• 6S’s standards to followed in all areas responsible of responsibility
