POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a Hardscape Foreman working out of our Plymouth, MA location. The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for leading and managing hardscape construction projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structural elements. This pivotal role involves coordinating and overseeing a crew of hardscape installers to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman is instrumental in planning, executing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from the initial layout to the final installation.

OBJECTIVES
- Ensure all hardscape projects are completed accurately according to design specifications, on schedule, and within budget.
- Conduct thorough quality checks during and after project completion to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and resolve any issues promptly.
- Effectively lead, manage, and motivate a crew of hardscape installers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Uphold and enforce all safety protocols on job sites, ensuring that all crew members follow best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout project phases to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Efficiently manage materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure availability when needed.
- Provide ongoing training and support to crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge in hardscape installation techniques.
- Streamline operations to improve workflow and productivity, reducing downtime and increasing project throughput.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of all hardscape tools and machinery to ensure longevity and reliability.
- Keep accurate records of time, materials, and progress, providing detailed reports to management and clients as required.
