Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the provision of nursing care to patients as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Coordinate determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in state of practice
- Current CPR certification required
- LA: At least one year of clinical experience with no restrictions on RN licensure
