Responsibilities:
- Serve as a leader in patient care, ensuring quality support for patient-facing teams
- Prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care that meets their requirements and exceeds expectations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care delivery and ensure seamless transitions
- Develop and implement effective plans of care, leveraging clinical expertise and evidence-based practices
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Active CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience; LA requires no restrictions on RN licensure
