EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Particleboard Production Operator to join our team. As a Particleboard Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production of particleboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.
- Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the production of particleboards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure particleboards meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
- Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Experience in clear communication.
- Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
- Experience with tools and machinery.
- Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.

- Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
- Tolerate indoor and outdoor environments and extreme temperatures.
