Position Summary
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in driving the marketing initiatives for our growing franchise system. This role blends creativity, strategy, and project management to support local restaurant marketing, new restaurant openings, digital content updates, and much more. You’ll work cross-functionally with various teams, vendor and franchise partners to execute marketing campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the CRM strategy and content calendar.
- Create and schedule local restaurant marketing (LRM) and brand-wide email/SMS campaigns.
- Manage and update libraries of digital content to be used on many digital touchpoints. Including updating online ordering sites, EggsUpGrill.com, landing pages, digital advertising assets, and social libraries with new menu items and limited-time offer (LTO) content.
- Setting up the digital footprint of listings for New Restaurants across platforms like SOCi, Facebook, Instagram, Google, yelp, and other websites.
- Maintain an organized log of photo/video assets for digital and print use.
- Other responsibilities may include:
- Support local restaurant marketing efforts, including restaurant visits and franchise partner relationship building.
- Support various projects as assigned.
- Perform tactical and creative project management tasks.
Qualifications
Skills & Attributes:
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding.
- Curious and eager to learn about hospitality and marketing trends.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
