Role Description
This is a full-time Sous Chef role located on-site in Tacoma, WA. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, creating new dishes, and ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, Cooking techniques, and Recipe development
- Menu planning and Food costing experience
- Leadership and Team management skills
- Attention to detail and Time management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
