About the Role
Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting / forecasting, cashflow, reporting, and audit / control.Ensure that financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.Develop and implement the Financial Department in line with the strategy and growth of the company, including long-term financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.Oversee the preparation and communication of all financial statements, accounts, and reports, including monthly book closing. Ensure timely communication and follow-up of financial data and updates to the CEO, Egis Group, and other key stakeholders.Organize and manage project reviews, fully supporting and collaborating with operational departments and project managers to ensure accurate translation of operational data into the financial picture.Manage cashflow, ensuring a healthy cash situation and early anticipation of any cash concerns. Ensure that all invoicing is accurately estimated, forecasted, and correct by collaborating closely with operational departments.Anticipate and manage all credit and guarantee / bond facilities, ensuring a financially sound and healthy company.Manage all financial audit processes in time, including the relationship with auditors and according to the company corporate governance.Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions, including tax planning and compliance with local and state tax regulations.Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that taxes are correctly calculated and paid accordingly and timely balanced.Manage the implementation of all necessary financial applications and processes (legally compliant and Egis group required).Manage the Finance team and ensure their ongoing professional development by applying the company’s performance evaluation procedures. Manage the finance team, including establishing responsibilities for each team member and participating in the selection and recruitment of team members.Be an active member of the Company's management team, contributing to ensure its success and continuous improvement, in accordance with the Company's procedures and processes as well as those of the Group.Actively work for the team's interests, sharing knowledge, contacts, and information.Effectively manage the internal coordination necessary to form teams and demonstrate a mature and balanced approach to managing team conflicts.What Do We Need from You
We recognize that each applicant will bring unique experience, but the ideal candidate will have :
Recognised financial certification.At least 8 years of proven experience in a similar position in an international company, preferably in a similar domain.Exceptional knowledge of financial data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling, and planning skills.Flexibility and adaptability, including the ability to work under stress and manage priorities and risks.Prior experience in managing teams, including the ability to lead and motivate people and to transmit knowledge and expertise.Excellent communication and people skills with a confident, clear, and polite style of verbal communication one-to-one or in a group, including ‘active’ listening.Very good written English with the ability to write concise, well-structured, and clear reports summarising complex information in plain English and an ability to cut through complexity, simplifying tasks and issues.Knowledge and experience with Oracle would be a plus.High level of accountability and ability to work independently.Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.Strong computer skills (proficiency in recognised finance software and Microsoft applications).Effective management style able to provide the coordination required to formulate and motivate teams, even when accepting compromise.J-18808-Ljbffr
