Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Manage and monitor derivative assets, ensuring proper valuation, risk management, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with company objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a small accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
