Brault is a practice management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. We are currently looking for experienced, energetic, detailed oriented Patient Services Representatives to respond to email inquiries in our Call Center. Qualified individuals must possess excellent writing skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have strong problem solving skills.
Position Summary
With minimal supervision, the Patient Services Email Representative will manage email inquiries from patients, insurance representatives and attorneys. The position will be responsible for updating patient demographics and insurance information, processing credit card payments, responding efficiently and accurately to the email recipient, explaining billing information and solving the recipient's concern ensuring customer satisfaction. For the most part, this position will not have direct verbal contact with patients, but may need to take calls periodically if call volumes increase.
Requirements :
- High School Graduate
- 2 years' experience in medical insurance billing
- Strong Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Athena IDX experience preferable
