Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently, such as rollers, off-road trucks, and on-site water trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Prepare sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space.
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating the Loader on public or private roadways.
- Understand and adhere to guidelines concerning ground disturbance to prevent any issues.
- Follow directions from supervisors regarding assigned work areas and tasks.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Loader.
- Assist with physical labor tasks as needed, including lifting heavy loads (up to 40 pounds) and performing strenuous physical activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks to support project requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support project requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 year experience (Preferred)
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
