We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Loader Operator, to join our team. This position offers a unique professional growth and development opportunity within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities : Operate the Loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently, such as rollers, off-road trucks, and on-site water trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
P repare sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Follow directions from supervisors regarding assigned work areas and tasks. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the Loader.
Assist with physical labor tasks as needed, including lifting heavy loads (up to 40 pounds) and performing strenuous physical activities.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently. Be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks to support project requirements.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support project requirements. Qualifications : 3 year experience (Preferred) Must have reliable transportation.
Be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred. Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
