EHC is currently looking for CNC Lathe Threading Operators for a client in the Baytown, TX area.
Premium Threading Operator CNC Machinist
- Must be able to work a rotating shift (typical schedule is 6am – 6pm for 2 weeks and then 6pm – 6am for 2 weeks)
Purpose
- Performs the operation of Premium threading on pipes or couplings, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Main Responsibilities
- - Executes change over and set up of the machine.
- Performs lathe operation.- Performs Premium threads on pipes or couplings.- Carries out end deburring.- Performs chips cleaning.- Changes machine tools.- Assists machine lock outs and tag outs and does operative maintenance (cooling fluid, machine adjustments, etc.).- Updates information in the tracking systems.
