Job Description:
The Data Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to support business operations. This role involves building complex reports and interactive dashboards using various platforms and tools, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with expertise in data manipulation, report development, and visualizing data insights to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely and actionable insights.
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of data presented in reports.
• Design and implement automated reporting processes for efficient data flow.
• Provide data analysis support to various departments to facilitate decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and reporting tools.
• Create and manage data visualizations to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
• Continuously improve data reporting processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data reporting, analysis, and dashboard development.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of other data visualization and reporting platforms (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in data reporting, analytics, or related roles.
