EHM Senior Solutions is eager to partner with a new Sales Counselor to promote and market the Brecon Village Senior Living Campus located in Saline to potential residents and community referral sources. This position will be focused on sales support with the Sales Director presenting and selling Independent, Assisted and Memory Care apartments on our beautiful campus.

Position: Sales Counselor

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM

What you will do as a Sales Counselor at Brecon Village Senior Living Community:

• Responsible for the support of the full sales cycle, including tours and follow up with prospective Brecon Village residents and their families.
• Advance the sales process to a successful conclusion, meeting and exceeding census goals as established by management.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm and the ability to perform a caring and consultative method of selling.
• Aid to develop and nurture relationships with referring agencies and other community organizations to promote referrals to Brecon Village.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of special events on campus and in the greater community to advance referral development
  
  
  

What it takes to join our team:

• Experience working in senior living communities preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of senior living sales experience
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or any combination of education and relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance and possess a vehicle for private business use.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the principles of effective communication and sales techniques, business development strategy, community relations, etc.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts to consumers, community groups and agencies.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
