Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Case Management: Own the entire enrollment lifecycle from initial client onboarding to final carrier submission. Every step, every detail, every deadline is your responsibility.
- Document Perfection: Ensure 100% accuracy in client documentation. Missing or incorrect forms are not an option.
- Enrollment Software Expertise: Set up and maintain enrollment software, tailoring configurations to meet client-specific needs.
- Team Accountability: Direct and oversee the enrollment team with clear, detailed instructions. Ensure tasks are completed on time and at the highest standard.
- Client Communication: Proactively keep clients informed with regular updates. Anticipate their questions and address concerns before they arise.
- Educational Oversight: Plan and execute webinars or educational sessions. Ensure attendees are fully informed and confident about their benefits.
- Carrier Coordination: Submit all enrollment data and documents to carriers. Follow up diligently until everything is confirmed and complete.
- Process Optimization: Regularly analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Strict Qualifications
