This is a flexible hybrid role offering in person work at the Jacksonville, Fl office for local employees or non local employees remote work opportunities for a Benefit Enrollment Guide. The Benefit Enrollment Guide will be responsible for assisting business owners in enrolling their employees in comprehensive benefits packages and any other needed insurance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of insurance benefits enrollment processes
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry regulations
