Pest Control Assistant

Key Responsibilities

\
• Support Service Technicians during absences and provide additional coverage and support as needed.
\
• Conduct thorough inspections to determine the source of pest activity and deliver effective services.
\
• Perform exterior sealing on homes and properties to prevent rodent and wildlife entry.
\
• Complete Wood Destroying Organism Inspections and implement Termite control systems for customers.
\
• Assist with minor construction projects, including patios, doors, eaves, walls, floors, etc.
\
• Collaborate with Repair Technicians to address wood damage replacement needs.
\

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
\
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays during times of high demand.
\
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
\
• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
\
• Customer-facing experience and a proven track record of success.
\
