Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Team to plan and create innovative menus
- Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the company in developing new recipes and dishes
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Kitchen Manager experience
- Extensive Back of House knowledge; Scratch Kitchen Experience Required
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
