Work in a recession proof industry providing beauty services to clients. Greet customers excitedly, like you would want to be treated when you walk into a business. Consult with the customer to determine what they want and what best works for them. Make them look fabulous and get them to rebook with you.

Key Responsibilities for Managers
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of stylists and salon staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Client Experience : Ensure every client has a high-quality experience, from their initial consultation to the final service, maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence.
- Operations Management : Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the salon.
- Ongoing Training : Participate in and facilitate ongoing training for the team to ensure everyone is up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Business Development : Collaborate with the salon owner to implement strategies for growth, both for the business and the individual team members, ensuring everyone achieves their personal and professional goals.
- Periodically perform salon cleaning duties
